This is my third post about East Side Show Room.

....but I can't help it.

It's too photogenic!

East Side Show Room is the restaurant equivalent of that friend who looks good no matter what they do. Make-up, no make-up, cocktail dress, sweat pants, coiffed or shaved head. I've never seen my East Side Show Room look anything less than ravishing.

My friends Kelly and Ashley and I visited ESSR last night for wine and desserts.  Here is what we saw!

(Note to SXSW attendees. Before the madness begins, plan yourselves a stop on Austin's east side to visit this local treasure. I promise you won't be sorry.)

My buddy is the executive chef, (Sonya Cote) and I'm sure that she'd love to know how much you love her place. The ladies that she opened the place with are incredible designers. You should see their house!!

Ah! Loved it! So glad you went with us! And introduced me to ESSR to begin with. & that band ROCKED! Perfect environment to see them play in. I think they play every Tuesday night there.

@Sweet Leaf Tea - Well, please tell Sonya that her food rocks my world. Mickie Danae, I LOVE her! I interviewed her for Austinist a while back, and you are right, her interior design / welding skills are ridiculous. I would probably fall down and die if I saw their house, as I imagine it is BEAUTIFUL.

Kelly - Ya! That band was divine. Fun times, woman. :)

@Anonymous - Why, thank you! I'm going to be perfectly frank, you would probably change your mind if you could see me right now....but all the same, you are incredibly sweet. :)

@Rachel - Hi Rachel. I am *more* than happy to field giveaway offers and blogger network opportunities for you, but we aim to keep the comment section a "no business zone." You've heard of mullets - business in the front, party in the back? Eavesdropper is all party!

If you'd like to send this information to me personally, please feel free to email me. I am going to delete your comment but not because you are bad! Just because there's an alternative way to release this info (i.e. my email). Thanks!
